Job Description
• Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor Degree preferred but not required
• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 3+ years of administrative experience, staffer experience or hospital experience strongly preferred
• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Computer literacy, Microsoft suite, EZCall or UKG scheduling software preferred but not required

• Top Daily Responsibilities: Day of staffing coordination for central hospital. Outreaching individuals on call or for shift coverage. Sick Call deployment & weekend coverage for the Staffing Office. Scheduling and understanding of hospital staffing to census is important.
• Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have: Computer literacy, professionalism in a fast paced, employee facing environment, creative thinking and independence - this is a new role for us.

• Template Job Description: Performs semi-routine data analysis, editing, and formatting to produce regular status reports, graphs, spreadsheets and presentation material: Provides support and product production, such as graphics services, to the department. Collects all related and pertinent information from team members and managers. Develops and produces standard and ad hoc reports ensuring data accuracy and formatting. Maintains and operates databases and automated systems. Contributes to and supports department projects. May coordinate and oversee the function and activities of support staff to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner. May assign projects to appropriate staff in the absence of department supervisor/manager. Responds to and fulfills miscellaneous requests for information and reports from within and outside in accordance with established policies and procedures.
