***Onsite position, Travel 25% - Will need to commute to Scotts Valley at times***


Description:

• Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelors preferred
• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 3-5 years
• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Job posting, recruitment assistance, processing new hires, onboarding new hires, ordering, keeping supplies in order
• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Excel, Word, Power point
• Expected Shift: 830a-5pm PDT
• Interview Process: MS TEAMS interview - 1 Round

Daily Responsibilities:
-Job posting, recruitment assistance, processing new hires, onboarding new hires
-Helping to set up meetings
-Calendaring for three (3) people
-Helping with agendas and minutes
-Ordering suppliers
-Point of Contact for Clinic
-Meeting & Greeting new employees and giving them tours
