Job Description
Required Experience:

• 1+ years of experience working in an office environment

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy setting

• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills



Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests

• Assist with processing and organizing donations

• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

• Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
