Job Summary:
• Our unit is responsible for multiple functions and Training class execution. Administrative Assistant provides basic training for all new hires and associates in Project Lead roles. This Administrative Assistant will provide specialized information/training sessions related to relevant topics and updates twice per year in our Strengthening sessions. As well as maintain business planning flow and quarterly execution across multiple Divisions.
Job Duties:
• Coordinate and support training sessions (Learning Center)
• Schedule training rooms and ensure facility availability
• Prepare training and meeting rooms, including equipment, materials, and supplies
• Assist facilitators with logistics and participant management and tracking
• Develop and distribute training materials, communications, and participant documentation
• Track attendance and maintain training records
• Provide general administrative support for department operations and business plan cycle
• Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
• Draft, edit, and distribute email communications, notices, and business correspondence
• Maintain department files, records, and documentation
• Create reports, presentations, and business documents
• Create, distribute, and monitor Training surveys and questionnaires
• Collect, compile, and analyze survey responses
• Prepare summary reports and presentation materials highlighting key findings and recommendations
• Maintain records of survey results and action items
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, workshops, and special events
• Arrange room reservations, event catering & pick up and planning
• catering, equipment, and other event requirements
• Support planning and execution of departmental and company events
