Job Description
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:
- Associate's degree in a business-related field

Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of on-the-job experience; completion of a training program may be substituted where applicable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, adaptability, and flexibility in a changing work environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to support multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work onsite full-time
- Ability to lift and transport parcels up to approximately 25 lbs. as needed

Preferred Experience:
- Prior administrative experience supporting a corporate, manufacturing, or automotive division environment
- Hands-on exposure to onboarding coordination, budget/PO tracking, or process improvement initiatives

Job Summary:
At the Administrative Assistant Level 1 career level, this role provides essential operational, administrative, resource, and people support that enables the Interior Development Division to function efficiently, maintain accurate systems and reporting, support associates and contingent staff, and sustain smooth day-to-day division operations.

Job Duties:
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports, data entry, and administrative deliverables, including weekly manager reports, summary notes, onboarding records, and systems updates
- Provide effective budget and buying support through accurate tracking of PO/PR status, accruals, spending versus actuals, and timely procurement of required items
- Deliver reliable support of division operations, assets, onboarding, associate engagement activities, and cross-functional administrative support with minimal disruption and strong customer service to managers, associates, and development teams
- Prioritize and coordinate administrative tasks, schedules, and support activities to meet division needs and changing business requirements
- Determine appropriate follow-up and escalation for facilities, onboarding, budget tracking, ordering, and systems issues to maintain smooth division operations
- Influence process improvements, administrative standards, and PDCA countermeasures that improve efficiency, accuracy, and service to managers, associates, and development teams
