Requirements:
• Transportation and logistics experience required.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a support or operations environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience handling documentation and maintaining organized records.
• General office support experience, including distributing paperwork and interacting with drivers or field staff.

Job Duties:
• Independently plan, organize, and schedule a variety of complex administrative activities.
• Coordinate, integrate, and implement assigned administrative or staff functions to support department operations.
• Provide guidance, assistance, and training to lower-level administrative staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and confirm logistics for complex meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Solicit, collect, and organize documentation, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into internal systems.
• Schedule and manage calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries.
• Apply detailed knowledge of departmental operations, procedures, and policies to support moderately complex administrative processes.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, and customer support issues with minimal supervision; escalate only when necessary.
• Distribute paperwork and required documentation to truck drivers and support daily logistics needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant 3 to provide advanced administrative support and handle day-to-day operations with a high level of independence. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate complex tasks, and experience supporting transportation and logistics functions.
