Required Education:
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Computer Information Systems
Required Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Abilities:
• One to three years of experience in a related field
• Strong database knowledge
• Experience maintaining, updating, and entering data into multiple database systems
• Ability to extract and curate data from multiple database systems with minimal oversight
• Knowledge of time and attendance systems/processes
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience working in an office environment
• Ability to develop and communicate reports and policies
• Ability to research information and assist staff with research and development
• Ability to perform routine office and clerical duties

Client is seeking a qualified professional with strong analytical, interpersonal, database, and customer service skills. The position supports database management, reporting, office operations, research, and customer service across the assigned office and other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple database systems and in an office environment, with the ability to work independently and communicate information clearly.
Job Duties:
• Maintain, update, and input data into multiple database systems
• Extract and curate data from multiple database systems in a clear and understandable format with minimal supervision
• Work with time and attendance information
• Develop and communicate reports and policies for the assigned department and other departments as needed
• Perform routine office and clerical duties
• Provide assistance to other departments as assigned
• Conduct research and assist other staff with research and development activities
• Provide customer service and support to students and staff members
• Utilize database systems including Ellucian (Banner) and Brightspace
• Utilize Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
