Job Description
Required Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Abilities:
• Experience answering telephone calls
• Typing/data entry skills
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Good overall communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of participants' information and documents
• Ability to learn and use a case management system to look up and input information
• Ability to use Zoom and Microsoft Teams communication platforms

The position is responsible for providing front desk and reception support, including answering and directing telephone calls, greeting visitors, managing visitor identification and badges, handling incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining reception procedures, and supporting administrative and case management activities. The position requires strong verbal communication, organization, multitasking, computer, and confidentiality skills.

Job Duties:
• Answer all telephone calls and notify and/or transfer calls to the appropriate individual
• Greet visitors and provide direction and assistance as necessary
• Check visitor identification, issue badges, and contact the appropriate individual
• Maintain the front desk procedure book, including staff schedules
• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Type documents and case notes as required
• Communicate important information to the person covering reception during breaks and lunch
• Log incoming and outgoing documents and other materials
• Date-stamp incoming mail and documents
• Utilize Zoom and Microsoft Teams communication platforms
• Keep documents out of sight of visitors and maintain participant confidentiality
• Learn and utilize the case management system to look up and input information
