Job Description

Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years of HR administrative or HR coordination experience
• Experience with Employee Relations, recruiting administration, or HR operations
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Experience handling confidential employee information
• Strong Microsoft Office, organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Preferred Skills and Experience
• Workday experience is highly desirable

Human Resources Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Employee Relations
• Schedule meetings and provide administrative support for Employee Relations activities
• Maintain confidential employee relations files and case documentation
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other HR documentation
• Organize and maintain accurate case records
• Respond to routine employee and HR inquiries

Recruitment Administration
• Support day-to-day recruitment administration and monitor recruitment activities
• Maintain accurate employment and recruitment records
• Respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and hiring departments
• Prepare recruitment correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets
• Assist HR staff with recruitment-related administrative tasks

HR Operations & Customer Service
• Monitor shared Human Resources email inboxes and route inquiries to the appropriate HR staff
• Respond to routine requests and provide professional customer service
• Maintain tracking logs and ensure inquiries and requests are appropriately documented and followed up on

Workday & HR Projects
• Assist with data validation and HR data review
• Support process documentation and training coordination
• Assist with testing activities related to Workday implementation
• Support special projects and other HR initiatives as assigned

General Administrative Support
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents
• Maintain organized and accurate HR records
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Office
• Assist with additional HR projects and operational priorities as needed
