Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Duties & Skills:
• Answer phones
• Greet guests and connect them with their host
• Assist with the management of conference center room calendars
• Register guests on the building's secure platform
• Troubleshoot minor printer issues and schedule repair
• Assist with the setup and break down of conference rooms
• Must be a team player
• Must possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Must be reliable and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
