Job Description
We are looking for a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Executive, manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle calls and mail, and support daily office operations. This is a part-time role (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 24 hours weekly) requiring strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Experience working in executive support roles, such as Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant to leadership, or similar positions.

• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.



Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.

• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

• Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering weekly food service as needed.

• Assist staff with general inquiries and provide information to visitors.
