Job Description
Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5–7 years of strong administrative experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

• SAP experience (nice to have)

• Experience with SharePoint

• Experience with filing, ordering/stocking supplies, meeting management, and general office upkeep

• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs

• Willingness to be part of the team and identify areas to assist

• Experience supporting construction teams or working in a construction environment preferred

• Experience working with “blue collar” environments preferred

• Must wear closed-toed shoes onsite; additional PPE provided when entering the field

Project Overview

• This is an administrative role supporting onsite operations at the Lyon Co Project site (1036 340th Ave, Tracy, MN). The resource will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team.

• The resource will provide administrative support to site personnel at the project location.

• The role primarily supports internal staff. Interaction with external vendors will be limited to catering, office supplies, and similar services.

• The onsite project team is currently overloaded and lacks administrative support. This role will help alleviate administrative burdens, enabling the team to focus on project responsibilities.

• This role is part of a strong, collaborative onsite team, offering the opportunity to work closely with and build relationships with the project team.

• This position is not expected to convert to permanent. However, the project is expected to run until approximately Q2 2029, with the intent for the resource to remain for the duration.





Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to onsite staff within the construction trailer

• Manage supplies

• Handle material deliveries

• Maintain records

• Set up meetings

• Arrange catering as needed

• Provide general site project support
