Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support department managers and their teams within a healthcare and medical device manufacturing environment.
This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional who is comfortable working with multiple software systems, maintaining accurate information, preparing documents, and managing day-to-day administrative priorities with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to one or two department managers and their teams.
• Prepare, edit, format, and update documents using established templates and procedures.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in databases and business systems.
• Utilize 2–3 vendor or department-specific software applications to complete daily administrative activities.
• Maintain organized records and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Support managers and team members with routine administrative requests and documentation.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Work independently with moderate to minimal supervision.
• Communicate professionally with internal departments and business partners.
