Education:

• High School Diploma or GED





Required Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities



Preferred Qualifications

• Previous healthcare or medical office experience

• Experience working with EMR systems

• Professional demeanor and strong verbal communication skills



Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out processes

• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries

• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments

• Verify and update insurance and demographic information

• Scan and upload patient documents into the system

• Maintain accurate and organized patient records

• Support overall patient care by ensuring smooth front-office operations



Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support front-office operations in a clinical setting. This role plays a vital part in delivering a positive patient experience by managing check-in processes, coordinating appointments, and ensuring accurate patient information and documentation.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling a high volume of patient interactions both in person and over the phone.
