Job Description

Provide high-level administrative support

Conduct research

Handle information requests

Perform clerical functions

Act as information and communication manager for an office

Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work

Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents

Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports

Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution

Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings

Typical task breakdown: Assist with administrative work in planning tours, basic office functions such as filing, scanning, scheduling, and assisting with ancillary functions of the office; critical thinking with scheduling & meeting needs

Interaction with team: Daily interaction with internal departmental team, external departments, and customer base

Team Structure: Position reports to Welcome Center Manager

Work environment: Office environment
