Required Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel (spreadsheets, data analysis, formulas, and reporting)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to draft professional letters, emails, meeting minutes, and reports
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; capacity to schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans
• Experience producing, updating, and providing best-practice support for Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems
• Ability to gather, analyze, and summarize data for reports and presentations
• Experience answering telephones, responding to inquiries via email/mail, initiating contact internally and externally, and receiving visitors
• Understanding of organizational policies, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct; ability to obtain authorization for exceptions from mandatory procedures
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through training, coaching, conferences, and staying current on technology and industry best practices

Job overview:
We are seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to support senior executives with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, document preparation, and database maintenance. The role requires strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel), excellent communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities also include responding to inquiries, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring policy compliance. Recent college graduates encouraged to apply. SAP experience preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience:
