Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma



Required Skills/Competencies:

• 3-5 years of administrative \ customer service experience with high attention to detail and accuracy, action-oriented, ability to work with stringent timelines, and the ability to collaborate across departments

• Excellent time management skills

• The ability to be cross-trained in many aspects of the department

• Must be flexible with priority changes and be capable of fluidity between the many responsibilities to be taught

• Capable of working in a busy and fast-paced environment without difficulty

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Action-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under time constraints



Administrative Assistant:

• Support the billing team in various aspects of their jobs, including invoicing, the recording of inbound work, and support of our invoice distribution process

• Phone support and customer inquiry resolutions

• Provide administrative support to the billing team

• Assist with invoicing processes and ensure accuracy in billing records

• Record and track inbound work efficiently

• Support invoice distribution and related processes

• Handle phone support and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary

• Maintain organized documentation and records

• Cross-train in multiple functions within the department

• Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned
