Required Education
• High School Diploma required.

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Experience processing payroll for field employees.
• Experience supporting field operations or administrative functions.
• Familiarity with permit requests, scheduling, and operational record management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated accountability and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively with field personnel and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
• Previous experience in an administrative, operations, payroll, or field support role.
• Experience supporting construction, utility, or field service operations.
• Experience maintaining reports and tracking operational activities.

Role Overview
This position provides administrative support for daily field operations by processing payroll, coordinating schedules, maintaining operational records, and supporting field personnel. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is accountable, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
• Process payroll for field employees.
• Create and maintain as-built documentation from field activities.
• Prepare and submit permit requests.
• Coordinate GED schedules and GED pre-arranged work.
• Manage employee vacation scheduling.
• Process and track Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs).
• Enter and maintain ESCMP records and tracking information.
• Update and maintain callout and supplemental lists.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
• Communicate with field personnel and internal teams to support daily operations.
• Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
