Job Description
• Required Education: High School
• Required Experience: Candidates must have previous healthcare or hospital staffing office experience, along with familiarity utilizing KP Schedule, API, and SOI systems.
• Role and Responsibilities: Involve partnering closely with Nurse Managers to secure seamless hospital coverage during last-minute sick calls or no-shows, all while strictly adhering to specific standard work protocols and complex union contract language.
