Job Description
Required and Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree

• Background in contract review, project management, or legal experience (would be helpful)



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 2-3 years of related experience

• Attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fast learner

• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Professional, Teams



Overview:

• Supports one or more mid to senior-level managers

• Works in a diverse and more complex environment

• Includes some customer and executive contact

• Performs more complex administrative activities including managing projects, composing letters and reports, preparing/editing presentations, and recommending or making purchase decisions

• Has intermediate to advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, basic presentation or database applications; may train others



Job Summary:

• Responsible for reviewing emails, managing inbox, tracking and reviewing agreements, and following up on agreements

• Performs administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy and timely completion

• Works closely with department leadership to ensure smooth operations



Job Responsibilities:

• Review emails and manage inbox

• Track and review agreements; follow up as needed

• Manage projects and support departmental initiatives

• Prepare and edit letters, reports, and presentations

• Assist with budget, payroll, and purchase decision processes

• Collaborate with executives and team members as required

• Attend occasional departmental and regional meetings (approx. 5% travel)

• Remote Options: Mostly remote; some travel to department meetings

• Onsite Requirements: Vaccination required if onsite

• Will worker work in patient access building >50% of time?: No
