Job Description

• The main responsibility of this position is scanning. This will also include quality checking the scanning.
• Depending on workflow, the person will print, finish and/or quality check orders as needed.
• The quality checks are page by page and attention to detail is very important. No extensive lifting, standing, or walking.
• Most of our desks are adjustable standing desks.
• Required lifting will not go over 50 lbs., averaging 25 lbs. Assistance is available.
• Manager will review resumes and seek High level scanning experience would be great. Otherwise, being flexible, working as part of a team, and attention to detail would help someone succeed.
• Must be professional in appearance, dress and communication.

• High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in legal industry is highly desired.
• Ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal and communication skills.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per client.
• Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.
• Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow.
• Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
• Basis electronics knowledge is preferred.
• Possesses ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
• Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.
• Possesses ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery.
• Possesses troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Possesses ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications.
• Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.

Dress Code:
• Business casual, blue jeans in good condition are acceptable as well.
• No jeans with rips and tears. Must be business casual at all times.

Additional Information:
• No free parking, nor validation and reimbursement.
• Client will supply worker with a free ORCA card, the light rail station, University Street, is right underneath our building.
