The Office Clerk will provide administrative and clerical support to the Client Office of Licensing. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records and logs, preparing and submitting routine reports, monitoring emails and voicemail, processing documents, handling complaint intake, screening and transferring calls, and supporting daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of general office procedures, and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The position also requires effective coordination with supervisors, specialists, providers, and other stakeholders to ensure administrative tasks and reporting requirements are completed timely.
Responsibilities:
• Email Daily Muster to Patricia
• Process Administrative Fine FedEx
• Weekly/biweekly Maintain LOGS
• Monthly Travel Record all travel Updates/Log
• Work Force = Update director change, email change, etc.
• Clearing House = Look up BGS to assist Specialist & Supervisor
• HHS Summary Report = This report is due on the 1st of every month
• Law Enforcement Report = Law Enforcement inquire report for Family/ Daycares information
• Screen and transfer Calls
• Maintain Documents & Log System on Share Drive Up to Date
• Voicemail & Emails check throughout the day
• Complaint Intake
• Prioritize work assignments as required
• Interview Packets, Schedule meeting room
• Providers Training Certificates, Register List Meeting minutes, (assign by Supervisor)
