Job Description
Rose International is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will play a key role in the continued growth of the company. This position reports to the Director of Accounting/Sr Accountant and works with other team members to maintain client accounts, to ensure accurate and complete invoicing, and to resolve any invoice discrepancies. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental procedures, internal controls, corporate policies, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and state and federal regulations and statutes.
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• 3-5 years of accounting/accounts receivable experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and concepts
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel
Required Soft Skills:
• Great work ethic and attitude
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Ability to work under pressure
Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Experience in SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba
• Completed Courses in Accounting
Primary Responsibilities:
• Process and reconcile client invoices and payments
• Maintain client accounts
• Contact delinquent client accounts to request payment
• Resolve client invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
• Drive process and systems improvements across the function
