Job Description
Required skills:
• Great customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a high-pressure environment, ability to multitask, and great teamwork.
• Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, Overtime:
• Ability to be in the office full-time, ability to work 8-5 CST
• MSP or DOCV/MIR would be great!
Responsibilities:
• Processing income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Mailing out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Assisting in a phone queue to answer customer questions about Assumptions and Subordinations.
• They will be expected to complete checks the same day, scan all packages the same day, and stay within SLA.
• There are currently 30 employees in this department, and the candidate will interact with Customers, internal/external clients, phone, and email.
• Internal face-to-face with peers and on-site management.
