Job Title: Account Specialist II
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: 8/28/2023 – 2/27/2024 (contract only)
Account Specialists manage key Healthy Paws programs and processes that support and direct our customer service teams. Account Specialists are expected to have the ability to organize, maintain, document and communicate regarding their assigned programs. Account Specialists do not interact directly with customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains documentation of assigned business programs/processes
• Utilizes data reporting and user feedback to drive improvements
• Reviews and governs effectiveness and accuracy of programs/processes
• Serves as designated stakeholder for projects related to assigned programs/processes.
• Supports operations leadership by providing program/process data, feedback and recommendations
• Adheres to all COMPANY and Healthy Paws standards and expectations
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years experience managing business programs/processes OR undergraduate degree in business operations or similar
• Strong attention to detail to facilitate process review and maintenance
• Excellent communications skills to facilitate deployment and enforcement of existing processes
• Creative thinking to facilitate
