• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business requirements.
• Strong computer navigation and data entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and compliance practices.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or account remediation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Review Specialist to support account remediation and compliance initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer accounts meet internal policy standards and align with federal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) expectations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and remediate customer accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with internal and external relationship managers, as well as customers, to resolve account-related issues.
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the remediation and review process.
• Ensure accounts are brought into compliance within established deadlines and service-level expectations.
• Meet daily productivity and quality performance benchmarks.
• Accurately document, track, and maintain account review activities and updates.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive customer information.

Work Environment
This position begins with onsite training and transitions to a remote work environment upon successful completion of training.
