• Familiarity with banking industry processes

Job Duties:
• Perform high-volume data entry, including manual keying and uploading Excel files into internal processing tools.
• Validate data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Independently manage assigned work and ensure all tasks are completed by end of day.
• Maintain strong accuracy and attention to detail while working through large queues of requests.
• Support operational processes as part of a backend team with no client interaction.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Back-Office Processing Specialist to support a high-volume operational team. This role is fully back-office and not client-facing. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and can independently manage and complete a high number of requests each day with accuracy and consistency.

Preferred Backgrounds
Candidates with experience in similar high-volume environments typically Excel, including:
• Claims processors (mortgage or banking preferred)
• Data Entry Clerks / Specialists

Additional Notes:
• No minimum professional experience required
• No mandatory overtime (optional OT may be available during peak periods)
