Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel & Expense Operations Specialist to support our Travel & Expense (T&E) reimbursement and Corporate Card Administration programs. This role serves as a key resource for internal employees, ensuring accurate expense processing, corporate card administration, and exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys problem-solving, and demonstrates a strong commitment to accuracy and continuous process improvement.



Key Responsibilities

• Review and process employee travel and expense reimbursement reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.

• Perform quality assurance reviews of submitted expense reports and related documentation.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding travel, expense reimbursement, and corporate card programs via phone and email.

• Process new corporate card applications and maintain employee card accounts.

• Assist with corporate card reporting, account maintenance, and program administration.

• Reconcile and maintain various accounts, transactions, and financial records.

• Research discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrections or adjustments.

• Post, verify, and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare routine reports, analyses, and supporting documentation.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements.
