Overview (Insurance Payment Specialist)
This role is responsible for applying fees and commission cash receipts across multiple business entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, solid communication abilities, and experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the insurance industry. Key responsibilities include responding to stakeholder inquiries, developing process improvements in collaboration with the team, and building strong cross-functional relationships. Strong organizational and research skills are highly valued in this position. An associate’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Responsibilities
• Apply Fees and Commission cash receipts across multiple entities
• Address inquiries from stakeholders across multiple lines of business
• Partner with team members to develop process efficiencies
• Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all lines of business for accurate and timely cash receipt application - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
