Job Description

Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis roles
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting procedures
• Experience with accounting software systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly documented
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Analyze financial information and prepare summaries for management review
• Maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Assist with annual audit preparation and provide supporting documentation as needed
• Utilize accounting software to manage and maintain financial data
• Support daily accounting activities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
