Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Required Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Manage payments from all across the country
• Proficient on MS Office Suite
Cash Application Specialist Job Responsibilities:
• Candidate will manage payments from all across the country
• Prepare Daily Cash Report and reconcile to AR posting.
• Post and research for payments
• Support the maintenance of Lockbox, ACH, and Credit Card payments.
• Operate and understand the Accounts Receivable computer system.
• Analyse and resolve problems with payments
• Assist with overall department tasks and workflow.
• Research and resolve issues from field representatives.
• Provide support to the Supervisor and perform necessary tasks as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects.
• Provide support to the Cash Team Lead when needed.
