Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Review and update accounting records, including general ledger entries
• Monitor budgets; compare actual vs. budget; prepare variance reports
• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Compute and prepare tax filings in compliance with regulations
• Reconcile accounts (bank, AP, AR)
• Maintain and update accounting systems and documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather or clarify financial information
• Prepare management reports summarizing financial performance
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational accounting policies
