You will work closely with key business partners, such as Lease Administration, Real Estate, and Global Business Solutions (GBS). This role is detail-oriented, and has many opportunities to provide insightful financial detail to our key business partners across the company.

Job Description
We are seeking a lease payments analyst to join our Real Estate and Development Finance team based in Cupertino, CA. In this role, the payments analyst will have a key role in executing timely lease payments to our landlords for Corporate office and Retail. The successful candidate will be actively involved in preparing management reporting, participating in system enhancement projects, and ensuring that all payments are issued in accordance with our lease terms, lease accounting standard (ASC 842), and internal processes/policies.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end processing of landlord billings in Tririga, which includes invoice processing, vendor onboarding, banking updates, and portfolio due date tracking
• Review and reconcile landlord statements to identify and correct any payment issues
• Comply with Company’s Financial Policies
• Prepare operational reporting
• Engage in team projects and enhancements

Education / Experience
BA/BS or equivalent years of work experience
