Job Description
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• 8+ years of experience in hotel connectivity, distribution, channel management, or related hospitality technology roles with both technical and commercial responsibilities.

• Requires 3pi (Third Part Integration) experience

• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic partnership initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Expertise collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to align technical capabilities with business objectives.

• Experience analyzing, structuring, and negotiating complex commercial agreements involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience managing API integrations, connectivity solutions, and third-party inventory partnerships.

• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational execution and troubleshoot issues when required.

• Strong executive presence with experience presenting and influencing C-suite stakeholders.

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.



Preferred Skills

• Experience working with global hotel groups, enterprise hospitality partners, or online travel platforms.

• Knowledge of hotel distribution systems, channel management, and connectivity ecosystems.

• Experience managing partner performance through KPIs, SLAs, and account planning frameworks.

• Strong understanding of revenue optimization, hotel supply strategy, pricing, and availability management.

• Experience conducting executive business reviews and strategic partnership planning.

• Familiarity with large-scale cross-functional project implementation and change management.



Role Overview

The Senior Enterprise Groups and API Partner Manager is responsible for driving strategic partnerships with hotel groups and third-party inventory providers to optimize hotel selection, pricing, and availability across the platform. This role combines commercial partnership management with technical oversight of API connectivity to maximize revenue, improve supply performance, and support business growth. The position works closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop partnership strategies, ensure operational excellence, and deliver measurable business outcomes.



Duties

• Develop and execute partnership strategies that create mutual value and strengthen relationships with hotel groups and third-party inventory partners.

• Create and manage account plans, objectives, and KPIs for strategic partners.

• Oversee the stability, reliability, and growth of API integrations with third-party inventory providers.

• Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for expanding inventory availability, improving performance, and increasing revenue.

• Monitor partnership performance, market trends, growth opportunities, and operational anomalies.

• Prepare and present performance reviews, business updates, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with commercial agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and industry standards.

• Build strong relationships with internal teams to secure support and drive enhancements that unlock business value.

• Conduct regular business reviews and formal presentations for both internal and external audiences.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable improvements and support property performance initiatives.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise hotel groups and third-party inventory partnerships.
