Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented CDO Portfolio Administrator to join our CLO Middle Office team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of CLO, CDO, or structured finance experience who are looking to deepen their expertise in portfolio administration, reconciliations, and structured credit operations. You will play a key role in supporting our Collateral Manager by ensuring accurate, timely reconciliation of cash and par balances across multiple CLO portfolios.
Job Duties
• Perform daily cash reconciliation across assigned CLO portfolios.
• Shadow the CLO portfolios on behalf of the Collateral Manager to ensure data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve cash, par balance, and collateral value discrepancies by reviewing trustee reports, internal systems, and deal documents.
• Partner with the Bank Loan Closing team to ensure accurate trade settlement and posting.
• Prepare and deliver the daily cash report to clients.
• Support monthly investor reporting, including cash and par tie-outs.
• Maintain accurate records, identify anomalies, and escalate issues as needed.
