Job Description
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience.

• Experience in sales and/or account management, preferably within a fast-growing startup or technology company.

• Experience with prospecting, cold lead generation, sales pipeline management, and converting leads into sales opportunities.

• Experience owning sales KPIs and meeting/exceeding quarterly goals.

• Strong ability to establish relationships with and influence external partners.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage changing priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to balance day-to-day operational responsibilities with longer-term strategic execution.

• Proficiency in English and the applicable local language for the specific location/country.



Preferred Skills

• Previous hospitality or hotel industry experience.

• Experience with hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality partner acquisition.

• Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment.

• Experience with market launches and cross-functional coordination.

• Experience with partner onboarding and relationship management.

• Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and value-proposition presentation skills.

• Ability to develop scalable strategies across a diverse partner base.



Role Overview

The Account Executive will focus on acquiring new hotel partners and expanding high-quality hotel inventory through prospecting and sales activities. The role involves managing leads through the sales funnel, developing partner relationships, and supporting hotel onboarding. This position will also contribute to new market launches and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth. The ideal candidate can work quickly in a changing environment while balancing operational execution with strategic initiatives.



Duties

• Own KPIs and performance for an assigned region.

• Prospect and identify new hotel partners through external research, networking, and internal tools.

• Generate cold leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.

• Qualify leads and move prospects through the sales funnel to achieve quarterly acquisition goals.

• Present and communicate the company’s hotel platform value proposition through phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Acquire new hotel partners and high-quality inventory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel and serviced apartment partners.

• Support hotel onboarding following successful sales opportunities.

• Support market launches through lead generation and cross-functional coordination.

• Develop and implement scalable strategies to maximize business impact across hotel partners.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external hotel partners to support inventory and deal availability.

• Manage shifting priorities, projects, and deadlines while maintaining sales performance.
