Job Description
***Only qualified Senior Financial .Net Developer/Architect candidates located in the Little Rock, AR area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Required Skills:
• Education requirement of a BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other equivalent education

Required Skills:
• Sr. .NET Development and Architecture (6 Years)
• Developing detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and specifications (6 Years)
• Designing and Implementing Financial Applications using .NET (6 Years)
• Designing and implementing budget applications using .NET (6 Years)
• Sr. development using ASP.net, C Sharp, .NET (6 Years)
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016 (6 Years)
• Disaster Recovery design and testing (6 Years)
• Developing Window Services (6 Years)
• Active Reports and/or StimulSoft Reports (6 Years)
• Configuration and implementation of MSTDC (6 Years)
• Design and maintaining TDE Encryption (6 Years)
• SQL Server installation, maintenance, and optimization experience (6 Years)
• Financial Institution Experience (6 Years)

Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of state and federal laws, procurement, budget, human resources, payroll laws and processes, administrative practices and procedures

This resource will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing the central infrastructure, application instances and databases that are required to maintain the Budget System. The scope of services will also include problem resolution, analysis and other support services at the discretion of the Applications Development Manager. Knowledge of state and federal laws, procurement, budget, human resources, payroll laws and processes, administrative practices and procedures, and methodologies of related business segment

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop packages to extract data elements into constructed data layouts
• Maintain complicated applications supported by Applications Development: Budget System
• Assist state employees with .NET solutions and mentors on best practices
• Minimum of six (6) years of SQL Server installation, maintenance, and optimization experience
• Good knowledge of MSDTC
• Experience with design and maintenance of TDE Encryption
• Experience using integration services or SSIS packages to import and export data to/from SQL
• Experience developing window services
• Experience developing web services
• Experience designing and testing disaster recovery plans
• Ability to write and review VB.Net code
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience developing detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and specifications
