State Agency
The Problem
The agency needed a Project Information Tracking System developed.
The Rose Solution
Rose developed a multi-user Microsoft Access 95 application to be used on a Windows 95 platform. This system currently tracks and manages all PC projects. The system allows team members to be assigned to various projects and then tracks the progress and time spent on the project. Developers are able to use this system to see what assignments have been made to them and then help prioritize their work. The various reports can be used to track and manage a project team's assignments, estimated completion dates, estimated staff hours, actual completion dates and actual staff hours.

The Problem
The agency needed a system to report their employee's time for state funding.
The Rose Solution
Using COOL:Gen, Oracle products, MS Project, MS Front Page, COM Proxy, AIX Server, Windows 95 and NT, Rose developed a Web-enabled system that would report the employee's time for state funding. This application provides GUI windows for use in the central office and HTML pages for use in the field. In addition, Rose mentored the state staff to prepare them for future self-sufficiency in maintaining the system and developing other systems with these tools.
