ST. LOUIS, November 9, 2001 – Rose International, a leader in information technology consulting, today announced that the company and its employees have donated $18,000 to the American Red Cross and the New York Firefighters 9-11 Fund.

“These attacks affected all of us deeply, regardless of our geographic proximity to them,” said Mrs. Himanshu Bhatia, Rose International CEO. “I think that most everyone wanted to do something to help, including our employees.”

“Therefore, our employees made the decision to forego the annual holiday parties and gifts, so that we could donate the money to those who need it more,” she said.

In addition, employees donated their own money to the cause, with Rose matching their donations dollar-for-dollar.

“We just wanted to help,” said Leslie Crosby, Marketing Specialist, Rose International. “It was an easy decision.”
