Rose CEO Named Director of the Orange County Purchasing Council (OCPC)
IRVINE, CA, Feb. 23, 2000 - Himanshu Bhatia, CEO of Rose International, was recently named Director of the Orange County Purchasing Council (OCPC). In her role, Bhatia oversees all aspects of the council's function. "I am very honored to accept this appointment," Bhatia said.
