The Rose project management methodology follows the framework developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and is integrated with the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model-Integrated (SEI CMMI®) Process Areas.

A prerequisite to successful project management is the training of current and prospective project managers in the skills and knowledge areas of project management. As an authorized PMI® Global Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) organization and a founding member of the PMI® Chapter in Jefferson City, Missouri, Rose offers training for project managers that will both deepen their project management knowledge base and prepare them for PMP® certification.

• PMP® Exam Preparation – This course is targeted to project managers working toward passing the PMP® Exam, and also satisfies the PMI® required "contact hours" of instruction prior to taking the exam.

• Professional Development Units – Rose provides training courses to further deepen the project managers' knowledge in PMI® Knowledge Areas. Successful completion of these provides needed Professional Development Units (PDUs) for continued PMP® certification.
