CMM Advantage– CMM Advantage - Rose I.T. Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rose International, achieved the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 3 certification within six months of startup, and is targeting CMMI® Level 5 certification. Partnerships – Rose International is an IBM Business Partner, Microsoft Certified Partner and an ESRI Consulting Partner. These partnerships provide technology support, the latest tools and technology updated from IBM, Microsoft and ESRI. 	Structured and/or Iterative Methodologies – Rose will use our Process in a Box™ which is based either on COMPASS™ ( COMprehensive Process And Software Strategy) which is a Rose-developed, iterative methodology based on RUP or the Zachman methodology, for structured development efforts depending on the nature of the project.
	Project Management Methodology – Rose International's project management methodology - Project in a Box™ - is based on the PMI framework and integrated into the CMMI® process areas.
	Programming – Rose has developed Programming in a Box™ in two languages: Java and .Net. This allows Rose to focus on your business instead of the technology.
