Description:
• Ensure CLIENT Brands Group Supply Chain inventory systems and processes support measured metrics such as product availability, inventory accuracy, and requested arrival date for warehouse orders for non-finished goods (ingredients wet and dry as well as packaging materials), semi-finished goods and finished goods.
• Daily review, processing and analysis of warehouse inventory orders (inbound and outbound) against available inventory.
• Coordinate both internal and external customer order/delivery receipt processing through timely and accurate data input in various warehouse systems such as outbound monitor (SAP), WMS-Remote, and like systems.
• Weekly/periodic inventory reconciliation and reporting by site or commodity between CLIENT Brands Group and 3PL warehouse inventory systems.
• Analyze and control site inventory through accurate, timely data and documentation processing utilizing established FEFO or other processes and aging controls.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn various web-based systems.
• Experience desired in warehousing, manufacturing/demand planning/order fulfillment.
• Able to exhibit strong and flexible interpersonal skills and show an ability to work and participate effectively in a team environment by collaborating with others in open office culture at home and remove warehouse locations.
• Multitasking and prioritizing in fast paced environment.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, in particular when working with multiple cultures and customs.
• Light filing and documentation archiving, cross-functional training, vacation coverage and other duties as assigned.
