The Problem
The agency needed a way to collect data from its district offices.

The Rose Solution
Using COOL:Gen, Rose developed a Web-based system with a Web front-end and an Oracle back-end. This application is an automated collection system used to retrieve information from the district offices four times per year.  The collected information spans the organization's boundaries to support the entire department with commonly used information.
