The Problem
Due to increased competition, there was an immediate need to design an application that would allow policyholders to file vehicle and property claims over the Internet.

The Rose Solution
A business requirements analysis was performed to identify the data elements, screen layout and process flow.  Using MS FrontPage 2000, Rose designed and developed the HTML forms that were compliant with all browsers.  The graphics were developed using Adobe Illustrator and Paint Shop Pro. The application was created with VB Script, Active Server Pages (ASP), JavaScript to validate input fields and MS SQL Server 7.0 as the backend database.  Rose developed the ASP code, performed all integral analysis and testing, and assisted in the design and structure of the claimholder database.
