Rose International Expands Headquarters Location
Chesterfield-based company adds nearly 18,000 square feet in office space.

ST. LOUIS (November 2004)
- Rose International, based in Chesterfield, recently expanded its headquarters by securing all remaining space on its floor at the company's 16401 Swingley Ridge Road location. The additional office space increases the size of Rose's headquarters to 20,000 square feet.

"Rose continues to grow, and this expansion is overdue. We are growing all functional areas and building a new datacenter in order to meet growing customer demand," said Eric Token - Senior Vice President, Rose International. " St. Louis has always been, and will always be, in our long-term view as our headquarters location. While we grow branches throughout the country, we greatly appreciate the outstanding workforce and central location of St. Louis ."

Token added, "We're also pleased that we were able to keep our current address and continue our relationship with Sachs Properties (which owns and operates the building.)"

The project has currently generated approximately $1 million in capital spending for the St. Louis economy, not to mention the increased St. Louis payroll as Rose brings in new employees in the areas of finance, marketing, recruiting, project management and sales.
